Portuguese-born and working internationally, she began her career in New York as an intern with Stefan Sagmeister and later established a practice spanning Berlin and Amsterdam.

For over a decade, she has collaborated with publishers, cultural institutions, advertising agencies, and independent brands. Her work focuses on visual storytelling, illustration, and concept-driven design, with a strong emphasis on narrative clarity and authorial voice.

She is the author and illustrator of picture books, some of them published by Planeta Tangerina. Her work has received international recognition, including selections for the Bologna Ragazzi Award and dPICTUS 100 Outstanding Picturebooks.
